AIMS Administration

AIMS (Building Information Management Capacity) activities and services are conducted by the AIMS Programme staff in Kabul and each of the five regional offices in Kandahar, Mazar, Jalalabad, Kunduz and Herat. The Programme Manager oversees them with the close collaboration and effective support of the Operations Support team.

As a whole AIMS Operations Support Services consists of three sub parts: Finance, Human Resources, and Administration. Finance, which manages project cost, covers expenses and income, providing financial information to management and stakeholders. Human Resources, which fills in various technical or non-technical roles, measure of success, training, carrier building and promotions.

Administration, follow up rules, procedures, support logistician, security, travel and procurement. Overall providing appropriate and necessary information to the management.
